The International Residential Code, 2021 edition, including
Appendix Chapters AE, AH, AJ, AM, AW, and AW, as published by the
International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Residential
Code of the City of Lewes, in the State of Delaware, and each and
all regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions, and terms of said
Residential Code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made part hereof,
as if fully set out herein.
