Fees to
be paid shall be as follows:

$10 per $1,000 (or portion thereof) of the value
of the work

Double the fee if work is started without a permit

B.
No fee
shall be charged for the issuance of any building permit to the Town
or for work upon any building owned by the Town.
No fee shall be charged for the periodic inspection and certification
of buildings and structures or parts thereof owned by the Town.
