E. Commercial Uses—Retail Goods |
1. Eating and drinking establishments. | 15 spaces per 1,000 sq ft of floor area. |
2. General retail—grocery stores, convenience stores, specialty retail and shops. | 5 spaces per 1,000 sq ft of floor area. |
