There shall be a minimum one foot vertical separation between
the highest groundwater table beneath the proposed location of any
structure or building and any footing or foundation for such structure
or building.
Prior to the construction of any structure or building subject to the requirements of Chapter 117, an applicant for a building permit shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 117.
