There is hereby fixed a permit fee $50.00 per ninety (90) calendar days, which shall be collected from any peddler. In no event shall there be any refund or proration of any fee paid under this section.

(a) 
The following maximum allowable fees may be charged for tow truck operations originating within the City's corporate limits or any roadway subject to the City's jurisdiction and subject to article 4.04 of this Code:
(1) 
Incident management tows:
(A) 
Light duty tows: $275.00.
(B) 
Medium duty tows: $550.00.
(C) 
Heavy duty tows: $1,100.00.
(D) 
Medium duty winch: $75.00.
(E) 
Heavy duty winch: $100.00.
(F) 
Haul truck with trailer: $1,000.00; haul truck only: $500.00.
(G) 
Rental equipment: Cost plus 35%.
(H) 
Rotator truck (not used as tow truck): $600.00, then $300.00 per hour after first hour on scene. Winch fee: $100.00.
(I) 
On-scene wait time fees:
(i) 
Light duty wait time: $75.00 per hour or portion thereof after 30 minutes;

Fees for sign permits shall be the greater of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or one dollar ($1.00) per square foot per face including decorative trim and border, and excluding supports; except when otherwise specified in article 3.01 of this code.

The permit shall be effective for a maximum period of five (5) days per calendar year any business or group. The permit fee shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).

The annual fee for a sexually oriented business license is ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00); provided, that the City Manager shall make an annual report to the City Council detailing the costs of enforcement of this section.

(a) 
The permit fee for a massage business shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per year.
(b) 
Should any massage business have more than one location where the business of massage is pursued, then a permit, stating both the address of the principal place of business and of the other location(s), shall be issued by the chief of police upon the tender of a permit fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00). Permits issued for other locations shall terminate on the same date as that of the principal place of business, regardless of the date of issuance.

A non-refundable fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be paid to the city with each application for issuance or renewal of a commercial or private shooting gallery permit.
