Any agricultural worker housing consisting of no more than 36 beds in a group quarters or 12 units or spaces shall be deemed an agricultural land use and permitted in the same manner as agricultural uses and permitted in the same manner as agricultural uses consistent with Health and Safety Code Section 17021.6. Agricultural Worker Housing includes housing that meets the requirements of Health and Safety Code Section 17021.8.
