No person shall, at any time, smoke any tobacco, tobacco-related product, or other plant or weed, or cause any nicotine-infused liquid to be vaporized, for the purpose of inhalation inside the building or outside the building on the premises including the parking areas of the public restroom facility known as Monument Plaza with a common address of 206 North Wayne Street, Angola, Indiana.
A person who violates this section shall be subject to the penalty in Chapter 1.15 AMC.

(A) 
"Smoking" is defined as the carrying or holding of a lighted cigarette, cigar, or pipe or any other lighted tobacco smoking equipment or a device meant to vaporize a liquid containing nicotine; or inhalation or exhalation of smoke from lighted tobacco smoking equipment or vapor from a device meant to vaporize a liquid containing nicotine.
(B) 
Smoking is prohibited in the city park known as Firemen's Park located at the northwest intersection of East Mill Street and Williams Street, including the sidewalk/bike trail that runs along the south and east sides thereof.
(C) 
The penalty for violation of this section is set out at AMC § 1.15.010.
(D) 
The state statute that enables this section is IC 7.1-5-12-13.
