In the case where a use is not provided for in Table 4.01, the Zoning Officer may make a determination on the applicable parking standards based on a comparable use. In the event such determination cannot be made, then the applicant shall be subject to the requirements of § 27-303, Unlisted Uses, of this chapter. | In addition to the reasonable standards applied by the Borough Council, the Borough shall require a Parking Analysis Report pursuant to Subsection 3 to determine the minimum required number of parking spaces. |
