Upon the section of Magnolia Avenue which has been marked for angle parking, vehicles shall be parked at the angle to the curb indicated by such marks and within a space indicated for parking, and not otherwise.

It shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to park within a parking space reserved by an appropriate reservation sign for the use of any department of the city.

It shall hereafter be unlawful for any truck-tractor, trailer or semi-trailer (as those terms are defined by Texas Transportation Code, section 621.001) in excess of two (2) tons gross weight (as that term is defined in the Texas Transportation Code to be parked or left standing on any public street in the corporate limits of the city for more than two (2) hours.
This section establishes regulations for the temporary parking and short-term occupancy of recreational vehicles (RVs) on private property within the City which shall only be allowed during major renovations and/or new construction. Its purpose is to protect public health and safety, preserve neighborhood character, and prevent long-term habitation of RVs outside approved zoning districts.
Any person found to have violated the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor, which shall be punishable by a fine in accordance with section 1.01.009 of the City Code of Ordinances.
