The Town Board of the Town of Pendleton directs the Receiver of Taxes and Assessments of the Town of Pendleton to deposit receipts from the collection of county and town taxes and special assessments and any fees to an account to be established by the Supervisor of the Town of Pendleton, in the name of the Supervisor, within twenty-four (24) hours of the receipt of same and to report daily to the Supervisor the amount so deposited. These deposits shall continue to be made to the designated account until such time as the total town tax levy, including all special assessments owing to the town, are paid in full.
Thereafter, receipts from county taxes shall be paid into an account in the name of the Receiver of Taxes and Assessments, which shall bear interest, and such sums as collected and deposited shall be paid to the County Treasurer no later than the 15th day of each month.
