No person, firm or corporation shall transport into said Town
of Pendleton any garbage, dead animals, offal matter or other obnoxious
matter of any sort or nature whatsoever.
A violation of any of this article shall be construed and is
hereby declared to be a violation and is punishable by imprisonment
of not more than 15 days or by a fine of not more than $250, or both,
for each violation.
