There is hereby created a seven-member Planning Board to take effect
upon the adoption of this chapter.
The Town Board by resolution shall reappoint, effective on the date
of adoption of this chapter, the current members of the Planning Board, redesignate
the Chairperson of the Planning Board, and redesignate the existing terms
of the current members of the Planning Board.
