No person shall exhibit for money any moving-picture show, exhibition
or performance in the village, except any municipal department or organization
or any charitable, United States veteran, benevolent, religious or fraternal
organization, without first procuring from the Village Clerk a license therefor
in accordance with the provisions of this article.
The applicant shall certify that the building or place of exhibition
conforms to all state and local or municipal health, fire and safety laws
and regulations and all village laws or ordinances.
A.
The license fee shall be at such rates as may be fixed,
from time to time, by resolution of the Board of Trustees, for each and every
place wherein such show, exhibition or performance shall be conducted.

B.
Fees shall not be prorated for more than six months.
Each license shall expire on December 31 following the date of issuance.
Renewals thereof must be in effect on the date of expiration.
No child under the age of 16 years unaccompanied by a parent, guardian
or other adult person shall be admitted to any theater in the village unless
such theater is licensed to and in compliance with the provisions of this
article.

The annual fee for a license issued pursuant to the provisions of this
article shall be at such rates as may be fixed, from time to time, by resolution
of the Board of Trustees.
The Village Clerk shall issue to any owner, operator or management of
any theater where motion pictures are exhibited a license to admit to such
theater children over the age of eight years and under the age of 16 years,
unaccompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult person, upon application
in writing on forms to be furnished by the Village Clerk.
B.
The matron or supervisor shall be licensed by the Village
Clerk. A license fee of such rates as may be fixed, from time to time, by
resolution of the Board of Trustees, shall be paid by the owner, operator
or management of the licensed theater.

C.
The matron or supervisor shall, while on duty, conspicuously
wear a badge or other proper identification.
