by Ord. Nos. 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 36, 40, 48, 49 and 50, respectively.)

As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
PERSON
Includes one or more persons of either sex, natural persons, corporations,
partnerships, associations, joint-stock companies, societies and all other
entities of any kind capable of being sued.
No person shall break, mar or injure or in any way interfere with street
lamps or wires or mains connected therewith or attached thereto.
No person shall mar, injure, remove, deface, mutilate or destroy a fire
hydrant street sign, electric light bulb or globe or other property owned
by the village or throw or pile snow or ice around or directly in front of
any fire hydrant.
A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is hereby declared to be unlawful and a petty offense. Each such offense is hereby designated a violation as defined in Article IIA of Chapter
1 of the Village Code, and every such violation shall be punishable in accordance with the provisions of Subsections
B and
F of §
1-27 of that article.
