No employee of the licensee shall engage in
illegal activities on the licensed premises. No licensee shall allow,
permit or suffer on the licensed premises employees to engage in illegal
acts such as the sale or delivery of alcoholic beverages after legal
hours of sale for off-premises consumption.
No licensee shall allow, permit or suffer on
the licensed premises any known criminals, gangsters, prostitutes,
racketeers, or other persons of ill-repute.
No person shall engage in disorderly conduct while on the licensed premises. No licensee shall allow, permit or suffer on the licensed premises any persons engaged in disorderly conduct as defined in Article
IV of Chapter
52 titled "Police Regulations" of the municipal Code of the City.
No person shall possess, sell, or use illegal
drugs or narcotics on the licensed premises. No licensee shall allow,
permit or suffer on the licensed premises any possession, sale or
use of illegal drugs or narcotics.
No person shall engage in gambling on the licensed
premises, except as expressly licensed under New Jersey law. No licensee
shall allow, permit or suffer any unlicensed gambling or gambling
paraphernalia on the licensed premises.
No person shall engage in lewd activity on the
licensed premises. No licensee shall allow, permit or suffer any activity
on the licensed premises which depicts in any way sexual activity
or which shows the genitals or private parts of persons, including
female breasts. This prohibition includes live entertainment as well
as audio, printed or video matter.
No patron who purchases an alcoholic beverage
in an open container shall remove it from the licensed premises. No
licensee or employee of a licensee shall allow, permit, or suffer
a patron to exit the licensed premises with an open container containing
an alcoholic beverage.
No person shall solicit for sexual activity
on the licensed premises. No licensee shall allow, permit or suffer
on the licensed premises the solicitation for any sexual activity.
No licensee or employee of a licensee shall
sell, serve or deliver any alcoholic beverage to a person who is actually
or visibly intoxicated. No licensee or employee of a licensee shall
allow, permit or suffer a person to consume an alcoholic beverage
on the licensed premises when that person is actually or visibly intoxicated.
