The Board of Trustees is hereby authorized to adopt rules and regulations
governing the proper design, specifications, approval, inspection, testing
and other requirements relating to the installation of new sewers and sewer
extensions and all appurtenances thereto. Any violation of rules and regulations
adopted by the Board of Trustees pursuant to the provisions hereof shall constitute
a violation of this section.
