The property included in a Parking District shall
not be used for any purpose other than the open-air parking of automobiles
or other vehicles or the loading and unloading thereof. In no case
shall the storage, display, servicing or dismantling of automobiles
or other vehicles be permitted in said district.
A Parking District shall adjoin a Mixed-Use, Business
A, Business B or Waterfront Development District and shall be used
only for accessory parking, loading and unloading in connection with
permitted uses in such adjoining Mixed-Use, Business A, Business B
or Waterfront Development Districts.

The area of Parking Districts, when put to use for
the parking of vehicles, or the loading and unloading thereof, shall
be paved, adequately drained and adequately screened from the view
of surrounding residential areas by a closed cleft wooden fence or
evergreen plants, either of which shall be at least six feet in height,
which said paving, draining and screening shall be effectively maintained
at all times; and if lighting is provided, the same shall be so arranged
as not to be objectionable to adjoining residential areas.
