Whenever any provision of law requires the approval
of the Planning Board of the Village of North Hilts for any plan or
plans, the signature of the Chair or Deputy Chair of the Planning
Board and one other member of the Planning Board participating in
the decision granting or denying of said approval shall be affixed
to the original of such plan or application. In the event that the
signature of the Chair is so affixed, the signature of the Deputy
Chair may be included as the additional signature required by this
section. No such approval or denial shall be effective unless a sufficient
number of signatures is affixed thereto to comply with this section.
