There is hereby established within the Township
of West Milford, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:66-1, a Garbage Collection
District, the boundaries of which shall be coterminous with the municipal
boundaries of the Township of West Milford.
The Township Council shall by contract or otherwise provide for collection and removal of garbage and refuse, as such is defined in § 321-2 of this chapter, from all residential properties and those business and industrial establishments and municipal and educational facilities within said collection district as authorized by the Council; and shall, through levy and collection of taxes, provide for the payment and cost of such collection in accordance with New Jersey statutes.
