[Adopted as Sec. 19-8 of the 1976 Revised General Ordinances]
There are in effect in the Township of West Milford standards for the
construction of water supply facilities for realty improvements, as promulgated
by the State Department of Health and Senior Services. By virtue of N.J.S.A.
58:11-23 et seq., certifications that such systems are in compliance with
such standards shall be issued by the Sanitary Inspector. The Local Department
of Health shall have the power to fix the fees to be paid for the filing of
applications for such certifications and for the issuance of such certifications.
