A.
Regular meetings of the Commission shall be held at least
bimonthly at a time and place designated by the Chairperson. Meetings may
be canceled or postponed by the Chairperson.
B.
The first regular meeting of the Commission following
the annual meeting of the Village Board of Trustees shall be the annual meeting,
at which the Commission will organize for the conduct of business for the
coming year.
C.
Special meetings of the Commission may be called by the
Chairperson and shall be called by the Chairperson or Secretary upon written
request of three members of the Commission. The time and place of each special
meeting shall be fixed by the officer calling the meeting.
Notice of any meeting of the Commission shall be given to each party
affected by the items to be discussed at the meeting. Notice may also be given
to such persons deemed desirable by and at the direction of the Chairperson
or a majority of the Commission.
