Borough of Downingtown, PA Article II Street Monuments

§ 207-3 Defacement prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to deface or remove the stone monument or markers on the streets or alleys in the Borough of Downingtown.

§ 207-4 Violations and penalties.

[Amended 10-10-1990 by Ord. No. 90-16]

Any person violating the provisions of § 207-3 shall, on conviction thereof before the District Justice, be liable to a fine not exceeding $600 and costs of prosecution, for each offense, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 30 days.
