A. 
At the following locations, traffic signals as indicated below shall be erected (or are ratified if previously erected) and traffic at those locations shall be directed by those signals:
(1) 
At the intersection of Kirk Street where it meets Legislative Route 13039, a sign, stopping traffic going south on Kirk Street.
(2) 
At the intersection of Oak Street where it meets Legislative Route 13039, a sign, stopping traffic going south on Oak Street.
(3) 
At the intersection of North Lake Drive where it intersects with Oak Street, a sign, stopping traffic going west on North Lake Drive.
(4) 
At the intersection of Kresge Lane where it meets or intersects with Legislative Route 940, a sign, stopping traffic going west on Kresge Lane.
(5) 
At the intersection of Meckes Lane where it meets or intersects with Legislative Route 940, a sign, stopping traffic going north on Meckes Lane.
(6) 
At the intersection of Mosey Wood Road where it meets or intersects with Legislative Route 940, a sign, stopping traffic going north on Mosey Wood Road.
(7) 
At the intersection of Gower Lane where it meets or intersects with Legislative Route 534, a sign, stopping traffic going east on Gower Lane.
(8) 
At the intersection of Gower Lane where it meets or intersects with Henninger Lane, a sign, stopping traffic going west on Gower Lane.
(9) 
At the intersection of Henninger Lane where it meets or intersects with Legislative Route 534, a sign, stopping traffic going north on Henninger Lane.
(10) 
At the intersection of Old Stage Road, Township Road 516, where it meets or intersects with Legislative Route 534, a sign, stopping traffic going north on Old Stage Road, Township Road 516.
(11) 
At the intersection of Old Stage Road, Township Road 516, where it meets or intersects with Legislative Route 534, a sign, stopping traffic going south on Old Stage Road, Township Road 516.
B. 
Any driver of a vehicle who disobeys the directions of any traffic signal shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.
A. 
The following intersections are established as stop intersections and official stop signs are erected or are to be erected in such a position as to face traffic approaching the second-named street (the intersecting or through street) on the first-named street (the stop street) in the direction or directions indicated for that intersection. Every driver of a vehicle approaching the intersection on the first-named or stop street, in the direction indicated in each case, shall stop the vehicle as required by Section 3323(b) of the Vehicle Code, as amended, and shall not proceed into or across the second-named or intersecting or through street until he has followed all applicable requirements of that section of the law.
