The fee for a club license to sell alcoholic beverages to bona fide members and their guests within the Township of South Hackensack is hereby fixed at the sum as provided in Chapter 108, Fees.
Club licenses may be issued only to such corporations,
associations and organizations as are operated for benevolent, charitable,
fraternal, social, recreational, athletic or similar purposes and
not for private gain and which comply with all conditions which may
be imposed by the Commissioner of Alcoholic Beverage Control by rules
and regulations.
