(On 2-13-1990, the Town Board of the Town of Milan
passed a resolution adopting the Town road standards prepared by the Dutchess
County Department of Public Works, entitled "Town Highway Specifications,
Dutchess County, New York," dated April 1976. Said resolution also provided
that the standards become effective immediately. Copies of the Town Highway
Specifications are available from the Town offices.)
