This chapter shall be known as the "Board of
Commissioners Procedural Code of the Township of Lower Merion" or
as the "Procedural Code."
The purpose of this chapter is to set forth
certain authorities, policies and procedures for the legislative process
for the Board of Commissioners of the Township of Lower Merion.
A.
The Township office shall be in the Township Building,
75 East Lancaster Avenue, Ardmore, Pennsylvania 19003.
B.
The Township office shall be open for the transaction
of public business on Monday through Friday (except on legal holidays)
between the hours of 8:15 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., prevailing time, except
when otherwise designated by resolution of the Board of Commissioners
or during emergency conditions.

Official communications to the Township should be
directed to the Township Secretary, unless provided for otherwise.
