A. 
Violations. Failure to secure a permit, when required, or operating after suspension or revocation of a permit by this Board shall constitute a violation of this Health Code. When written notice of a violation of any of the provisions of this Health Code has been served upon any person, such violation shall be discontinued immediately.
B. 
Penalty. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be liable, on conviction thereof in a summary proceeding, to pay a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $1,000 for each offense, unless a lesser penalty is provided thereunder. Whenever such person shall have been notified by service of a citation in a summary proceeding, by service of a notice of violation by the Director of Building and Planning or by receipt of a written notification from an affected person that he is committing such violation of this chapter, each day that he shall thereafter continue the violation shall constitute a separate offense punishable by a like fine
