It shall be the duty of the police force of
the Township of Lower Merion to arrest any and all persons who shall
be found intoxicated or behaving in a riotous or disorderly manner
on any of the public streets or highways or in any public place or
places within the said township, and to take him, her or them before
any District Justice for hearing. Any and all persons found intoxicated
or behaving in a riotous or disorderly manner on any of the public
streets or highways or in any public place or places within the township
shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this article.
