Off-street parking at the ratio of 2 1/2 spaces per mobile home
shall be provided. Each parking space shall be accessible from the street
and shall be at least nine feet by 18 feet. One and one-half spaces shall
be of concrete or asphalt plus one space of concrete lattice blocks.
The provisions of §
190-33 of Chapter
190, Subdivision and Land Development, shall be applicable to all mobile home park developments, and are accordingly incorporated herein by reference.
All utilities shall be installed and maintained in accordance with utility
company specifications regulating such systems, and shall be underground.
