A.
Any person or entity desiring to operate a seasonal
temporary commercial use for a period of two weeks or less at one
location shall obtain a permit from the Borough.
B.
In the event that any such use involves the use of
a tent or other temporary structure, the applicant shall provide a
sketch drawing of the location and address issues of vehicles and
pedestrian traffic, ingress and egress, public safety and the methodology
for the erection of the structure.
C.
The appropriate municipal office shall conduct an
inspection of any premises using a tent or other temporary structure
prior to it being opened to the public and an inspection at the closure
of the operation.
D.
The permit fees shall be for a nonstructure operation
and for an operation using a tent or other temporary structure.
