In accordance with the provisions of § 50-f of the
General Municipal Law, the Corporation Counsel of the City of Mount
Vernon is designated as the officer to make and keep, on behalf of
the City of Mount Vernon, a record of notices of claim served against
the City under the provisions of § 50-e of the General Municipal
Law.
The Corporation Counsel, in the making and keeping of such record,
shall comply with all the provisions of § 50-f of the General
Municipal Law.
