Baseball games may be played in the City the first day of the
week, commonly called Sunday, after 2:00 p.m., provided that a permit
specifying the place of holding the same shall be first obtained from
the Mayor as hereinafter provided.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue a permit under his hand
and to which the corporate seal shall be affixed to such persons and
at such places as he shall deem proper, and he is hereby empowered
to revoke at his pleasure any permit so issued.
It shall be lawful to charge an admission fee at any baseball
game so held.
