101.1 Title. These regulations shall be known as the Mechanical
Code of the Township of Richland, Cambria County, Pennsylvania, and referred
to as such or as "this code."

106.5.2 Fee schedule. The fees for all mechanical work
shall be as indicated and paid in advance with a schedule adopted by the Board
of Supervisors, from time to time, by resolution.

108.4 Penalties. Any person who shall violate a provision
of this code or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof
or who shall erect, construct, alter or repair mechanical equipment or systems
in violation of an approved plan or directive of the code official, or of
a permit or certificate issued under the provisions of this code, shall be
guilty of a summary offense punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000,
and upon default of the payment of the fine or penalty imposed shall be subject
to a sentence of 30 days in the Cambria County Jail. Each day that a violation
continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

"Any person who shall continue any work in or about the structure after
having been served with a stop-work order, except such work as that person
is directed to perform to remove a violation or unsafe condition, shall be
liable to a fine of no more than $1,000."

"The owner of a building or structure, office or agency of the township,
or any other person aggrieved from the decision of the Codes Official, may
appeal to the Richland Township Administrative Board of Appeals pursuant to
the provisions of Richland Township Ordinance Number 133, as amended."[1]
