Regular meetings of the Board shall be held bimonthly on Monday evenings at 7:00 p.m. The Chairman shall have the authority to change the date and time of meetings as circumstances warrant.
Special meetings may be called by the Chairman, notice of which shall be mailed by the Secretary to each member at least 48 hours before the time set, except that announcement of a special meeting or an adjourned regular meeting or any meeting at which all members are present shall be sufficient notice of such meeting.

A. 
The Board of Appeals shall fix a reasonable time for the hearing of the appeal or other matter referred to it and give public notice thereof by publication in the official paper of a notice of such hearing at least five days prior to the date thereof, and shall, at least five days before such hearing, mail notices thereof to the parties in interest.
B. 
Fees shall be paid as provided for in Chapter 290, § 290-32B(1) of the Code of the Town of Clarkstown.

The office of the Board of Appeals is located at 10 Maple Avenue, New City, Town of Clarkstown, County of Rockland, State of New York 10956. Further, that office shall serve as a depository of all its records unless some other place is designated by the Board. All public hearings shall be held in such areas as may be required and available at 10 Maple Avenue.
