The purpose of this chapter is to provide and confirm that a schedule
of fees to be paid in the Village of South Glens Falls with respect to the
submission of papers, applications, requests for permits, miscellaneous fees,
etc., shall be set and established during the annual organizational meeting
of the Board of Trustees and, between annual organizational meetings, may
be adjusted, revised or added to as may be required from time to time.
Every fee imposed by the Village of South Glens Falls or authorized
by any provision of Village law, code, rule or regulation, to the extent that
the same may be set and established by the Board of Trustees, shall be determined
and from time to time amended by Board resolution with the same full force
and effect as a local law.
A schedule of fees imposed by the Village of South Glens Falls shall
be available from the Village Clerk's office during regular business
hours and at other locations as may be deemed necessary by the Village Clerk
or directed by the Board of Trustees.
