No person owning or operating any trailer shall remove or cause to be
removed the wheels from said trailer except for purposes of repair, or otherwise
affix said trailer permanently to the ground in such manner as would prevent
its ready removal.
The owner or operator of a licensed trailer park shall be permitted,
in conjunction with the operation of the trailer park, to sell new and used
mobile homes on the premises. However, the storage of any trailers or mobile
homes for sale shall be only on mobile home spaces as provided by this chapter.
