There is hereby established a chapter to regulate the hours and use of Town parks and recreation facilities for the protection and promotion of the public health, safety and general welfare of the residents of the Town of Yorktown, such chapter in all respects to apply to the special district known and designated as the "Mohegan Beach Park District."

A permit may be issued by the Department of Parks and Recreation, the fee for which shall be in an amount as set forth in the Master Fee Schedule.[1]
