The following regulations shall apply in the
RM-MLSRO Zone only in accordance with the terms of a fully executed
mediation agreement which has been approved by the Council on Affordable
Housing and placed on file with the Brick Township Clerk.
The following are permitted uses in the RM-MLSRO
Zone:
A. Multifamily inclusionary rental single-room occupancy units which do not exceed 500 square feet in size, provided that 100% of the dwelling units shall be affordable to low- or moderate-income households in accordance with Article
V, Affordable Housing.
B. On-site manager's office serving the multifamily development.
Area, yard and building requirements shall be
as follows:
B. Minimum required yard depth:
(1) Front, side and rear yard (principal and accessory):
25 feet.
C. Maximum lot coverage with building: 40% of gross lot
area.
D. Maximum height: three stories; 35 feet.
Sign requirements shall be as per Article
XXXVI, §
245-312 et seq., of this chapter.
A buffer zone of at least 15 feet in width in accordance with the provisions of §
245-409 shall be required on all property lines abutting nonresidential uses.

The provisions of this article are subject to the mandatory fee contribution to the Brick Township Affordable Housing Trust Fund established in Article
VI.
