No motorized vehicle or motorized bicycle of any type or kind, including
but not limited to the following commonly described types: motorized bicycles,
motor vehicles, mopeds, and go-carts, shall operate or trespass on the property
more fully described below.
The City of Bridgeton shall post such notice on the premises as shall
reasonably notify the public, but in any event, publication of this chapter
shall be deemed to be sufficient notice to the public.
The property limited by the above was a portion of what was commonly
known as the old New Jersey Central Railroad right-of-way, now being a portion
of Lot 33, Block 184, on the Tax Map of the City of Bridgeton, more formally
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point where the easterly line of Fayette Street intersects
the center line of the old New Jersey Central Railroad property, now of the
City of Bridgeton, said point being 138 feet and 8/100 of a foot more or less
as measured along the easterly line of said Fayette Street from the southerly
line of Harvard Avenue; thence extending in an easterly direction along the
center line of the said old railroad right-of-way, two thousand one hundred
feet more or less to a point opposite the southeasterly corner of Lot Number
20, Block 194 as shown on Sheet 66 of the City of Bridgeton Tax Assessment
Map and there to end.

Violations of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in Chapter
1, Article
III, General Penalty.
