Editor's Note: Former § 277-19, Certificate of occupancy

The owner of any building within the City containing
two or more dwelling units shall register the premises upon a form
provided by the Division of Housing and Code Enforcement designating
thereon the name and address of the owner, the name and address of
the local resident charged with the responsibility of the maintenance
of the property and the name and address of all lessors of the property.
