The purpose of this article is to permit a notice concerning the town assessment calendar to be enclosed with the Town of Blooming Grove tax bill pursuant to § 5 of the Tax Law.[1]

The tax collecting officer for the Town of Blooming Grove is hereby authorized to enclose with each property tax bill sent to owners of real property in the Town of Blooming Grove a copy of the most current town assessment calendar.
The form of the town assessment calendar shall be approved by a resolution adopted by the Town Board, and such calendar may include any other legal notices the Board may deem proper.
