Township of Skippack, PA Article II Uniform Construction Code Board of Appeals

§ 25-6 Agreement authorized.

The Skippack Township Board of Supervisors shall enter into an intergovernmental cooperation agreement in accordance with and pursuant to the terms of the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act to create a Board of Appeals under the Uniform Construction Code to hear appeals pursuant to the Pennsylvania Construction Code, Act of November 10, 1999, 35 P.S. § 7110.101 et seq.
