Town of St. Michaels, MD Article IV Parking Meter Rates and Parking Fines

§ 312-15 Establishment of rates and fines.

Pursuant to Article III of this chapter, The Commissioners of St. Michaels shall set the rates for parking meters and the fines for parking violations by administrative resolution, said rates and fines to be amended from time to time as determined by the Commissioners.
