Town of Holland, NY Article I Supervisor

[Adopted 8-31-1988 by L.L. No. 3-1988]

§ 31-1 Term of office.

The term of office for the position of the Supervisor of the Town of Holland shall be four years.

§ 31-2 When effective.

This article shall become effective upon approval at a mandatory referendum by the electors of the Town of Holland.[1]
