Town Justice Court Clerk residency requirements.

Town Justice Court Clerk residency requirements.
Each Town Justice may appoint a Town Justice Court Clerk, as the need may appear. The Town Justice Court Clerk must be a resident of the County of Dutchess, New York. The compensation of such Justice Court Clerk shall be fixed by the Town Board.
