No person shall plow, shovel or otherwise place
snow or ice on municipal property. For purposes of this section, municipal
property shall include all parcels of property owned by any municipality.
Municipal property shall also include all municipal rights-of-way,
including all sidewalks thereon.
Violation of this article shall be punishable
by a fine not to exceed $250 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed
15 days, or both.
