There is hereby created a Housing Board of Review
which shall consist of the five regular members of the Zoning Board
of Review, whose terms shall run concurrently with the terms of the
regular members of the Zoning Board of Review.
The Housing Board of Review, and the Chair and
members thereof, shall have all the powers and duties stated in §§ 45-24.2-1
et seq. and 45-24.3-1 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (as
amended).
There is hereby created the office of Minimum
Housing Inspector who shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure
of the Town Manager. The Minimum Housing Inspector shall have all
the powers and duties described in §§ 45-24.2-1 et
seq. and 45-24.3-1 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (as amended).
