The operation of trucks or other commercial
vehicles of a gross weight of truck or other commercial vehicle and
load of over the limits described below is prohibited on the following
streets, except for the purpose of delivering goods, wares and merchandise.
The Police Chief shall place and maintain appropriate signs so designating
the prohibition.
