All buildings located in the Borough of Haddon
Heights are hereby required to install a lockbox for keys to operate
the elevator for which the Fire Department will have a key.
The owners of buildings requiring the lockbox
shall have the required device, with proper operating keys installed,
within 60 days of the adoption of this ordinance.
The penalty for not complying with the requirements
of this ordinance will be a fine of $100.
