The definition of any of the occupations set forth in the schedule of rates,[1] except as otherwise defined in the Code, shall be such that the occupations shall be construed according to their ordinary and usual meaning in the course of trade or business or profession in the county or as defined in Webster's Dictionary.

Any person, firm, corporation or agent who or which violates any of the provisions of this chapter or who fails to comply therewith shall be punished as set forth in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, of this Code.
